What do I have to do?
We are interested in collecting information on all the toiletries and cosmetics products you use from the moment you get up, to the moment you go to bed over a seven day period. This part of the survey is ‘The Diary’.
We’d also like to find out a little bit more about you for example; your skin type, your hair length, so we ask you to complete a short questionnaire at a time that’s convenient to you during the seven days. This part of the survey is a ‘Questionnaire'.

What level of incentives do I get?
You will automatically be awarded points as you tell us about all of the products that you have been using each day over the seven day period.

How long does it take?
Initially the set-up of the diary will take approximately 20 minutes, but we estimate that it will takes an average of 10 minutes each day for seven days. The ‘Questionnaire about you’ takes up to 20 minutes to complete.

When do I complete the ‘Questionnaire about you’?
You can complete this at any time during the seven day period.

I’d like to start the survey next week because I’m too busy this week, how do I do this?
You can register now, then, when you are asked when you’d like to start the survey you can press start tomorrow. You can do this each day for up to seven days, after which time you will have missed the chance to join MyPersonalRoutine.com survey.

How often should I complete the diary?
We recommend that you should enter the information on a daily basis; this is because we ask you quite a lot of detail on all of the products you use each day and it will be difficult to remember from day to day.

How do I get started?
Go back to the ‘Home page’ and click on ‘Register’. You will then be asked a few questions so that we can start to get to know you and log your details for the survey. You will then be sent (via email) a login to MyPersonalRoutine.com and some instructions on how to get started.

Who are we providing data to?
We are providing reports to leading manufacturers and retailers who are involved in the above markets. This information helps them react to your needs as consumers.

What information do we provide?
We provide reports showing the trend of markets. Please be assured that no information at an individual level is provided within these reports. All information you provide us is consolidated to represent different age groups for example.

Hints and Tips

• Because we ask you quite a lot of detail on all of the products you use each day, you will probably find it easier to enter the information on a daily basis.
• You will need to complete a short questionnaire which asks more questions about you, for example your skin type and hair colour. You can complete this anytime during the seven day period.
